Who We Are

Frank Pittman, PE Frank has a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of site development projects and civil engineering. Frank's experience includes a wide range of project types ranging from municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential projects specializing in project management and design of sanitary sewer and domestic water systems, stormwater systems, roadway design, grading and drainage, and erosion control solutions. His project location experience ranges from projects in rural Georgia to Atlanta metro and others states throughout the Southeast. Frank received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Georgia in 1998 and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Old Dominion University in 2004. When they are not chasing their dogs, Kirby and Brock around, Frank and his wife, Kimberly, spend their spare time attending UGA sporting events (Go Dawgs!), travelling, and relaxing in the North Georgia mountains. *Licensed PE in GA, FL, AL, MS, TX, AZ, SC, TN *GSWCC Level II Certified *Certified Stream and Wetland Delineator *Certified Phase I Environmental Consultant
Justin Greer, PLA Justin has an affinity for projects that are fast-paced and complex in design. He takes great joy in seeing a project that starts out as a napkin sketch, formulate into a design, and then grow into a reality. His land planning, landscape architecture, and engineering experience are key contributions in moving a client’s ambition forward on a project. His range of work experience encompasses Georgia and the Southeast with most of that experience gained by building partnerships with development authorities, site location consultants, and locating companies. Justin can distill a big-picture vision into the fine-tuned details that contribute to the experience of a place, creating balance between the built and natural worlds. He has the ability to look beyond the parameters of a project to uncover solutions that create value not only for his clients but the community as a whole. Justin received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Georgia in 2005. When he is not duck hunting or tending his honeybees, Justin and his wife, Kristi, spend their spare time traveling, chasing classic cars, and antique shopping.
